Questo progetto nasce da una forte passione per i dragèe e i bassinati in generale in cui credo molto, prodotti che nonostante il loro potenziale ,sono ancora poco diffusi nei laboratori tradizionali per via della necessità di utilizzare una bassina che spesso porta in sè un costo ed investimento elevato e non giustificabile per chi ancora non ha grandi volumi su questo genere di prodotti.

This project was born from a deep passion for dragée and coated confections, products in which I firmly believe. Despite their great potential, these confections remain underutilized in traditional workshops due to the requirement of specialized pans, which often involve significant costs and investments. For many businesses that have yet to reach high production volumes, this expense is difficult to justify, limiting the accessibility and growth of these products in the market.
